All rooms and facilities are on the first floor with two gates preventing access for non-residents. The whole building is also protected by 24/7 CCTV cameras and a night watchman on duty to further protect your children. All rooms in the classic old Stellenbosch building have high ceilings and large windows. The most popular rooms have windows overlooking the wine lands in the direction of Table Bay.
The location is convenient as it is just a short drive from the university campus like Stellenbosch University, ICA, and the Hair Academy. Oude Rozenhof has easy access to main roads leading to Somerset West, Cape Town and is a 2-minute walk away from Die Boord Shopping Centre with a Super Spar, Chemist, Laundromat, and all amenities.
